This marble bust of Jan Evangelista Purkyně can be seen in the Physiology Department of Wroclaw Medical University in Wrocław (ul. T. Chałubińskiego 10).
Just behind the bust there is also a marble memorial tablet with a Latin inscription honoring the scientist. It was unveiled by the Wrocław Medical Academy in 1958.
