The very simple tomb of Gregorio Marañón can be found right at the entrance of the Patio de Santa Cruz, in the Sacramental de San Justo Cemetery in Madrid (Paseo de la Ermita del Santo, 70). He is buried with his wife Dolores Moya Gastón de Iriarte and his son Gregorio Marañón Moya.
