A marble tablet, right at the entrance of the École supérieure de physique et de chimie industrielles in Paris (10 rue Vauquelin), remembers that in a laboratory of this School Pierre and Marie Curie, with the assistance of Gustave Bemont, discovered Radium in 1898.
