The Deutsches Apotheken-Museum (German Pharmacy Museum) stands within the walls of the Heidelberg’s castle. It is divided in different sections. The first section shows how herbs were stored and medicines were developed in a laboratory. The second section illustrates the history of various medicines, from the Middle-Age up to the 19th century. Eventually, there is a Kinderapotheke (Pharmacy for children).
